RETURN POLICY
M.A.G. Unique will refund most items, provided they have not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn, and all labels and tags are attached.
You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you.
Sale items are final sale — returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
Items marked “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. At our discretion, we reserve the right to designate any other items as non-returnable. Any such designation will be noted.
For hygienic reasons, bodysuits, hosiery, underwear, swimwear, cosmetics, earrings, and face masks cannot be returned.
Please contact Customer Service for assistance if you have received an incorrect order, such as damaged, missing, or faulty items. Defective items may be eligible for replacement or store credit only.
You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS
We will refund the value of your returned items using the same payment method initially used for the purchase.
Please note that M.A.G. Unique will not be able to refund any additional charges that your bank might apply.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please get in touch with us to begin the exchange process.
